machu picchu

in peru we went to machu picchu, it is one of the seven modern wonders of the world, it was built by the incas 600 years ago, its a special place. it is hidden up in the mountains and the spanish couldnt find it. we had to do lots and lots of walking, we stayed the night in a flash hotel in the forest. on the second day we went up to the sun gate and we went to the inca bridge, i was wondering how they built it, i found out they used stones and there are no gaps in the stoneworks, they carved these two stones to look like these two mountains, all of machu picchu was made out of rock, all of the llamas there were fat i patted a few and got a picture of one. we went by train back to cusco and the next day we flew to lima and then to la.
